# Reset Kickly on your preferred browser

If you encounter any issues with loading, such as a blank screen or if certain features aren't functioning properly, a website reset may be necessary. Please select your browser from the options below, and follow the instructions provided.

|| Please note that resetting the app will result in you being logged out of any active Kickly accounts. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that you have your login information on hand to sign back in once the resetting process is complete.

# Google Chrome - Desktop

1. **Copy** the following link into the navigation bar: `chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=kickly.net` then press **Enter**.
2. Locate the 'kickly.net' entry and click the **Remove button** on the right to clear all data associated with it.
3. Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then [log in](https://app.kickly.net/login/) and continue with your progress.

# Google Chrome - Android

1. Open **Chrome** on your Android device.
2. Tap the **Menu** icon (at the upper-right corner of the screen) > then open **Settings**.
3. Scroll down to find the **Content Settings** and then **Website Settings**. In certain cases, you may directly access the latter.
4. Tap **All sites**.
5. In the **search box**, type in 'kickly.net' to find the relevant entry.
6. Open the **'kickly.net'** entry > then tap the **Clear & reset** button located at the bottom.

Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset in your Chrome browser. You can then [log in](https://app.kickly.net/login) and continue with your progress.

# Safari - MacOS

1. Open the **Safari menu** in your system menu bar, and select **Preferences** (Keyboard combination: **Cmd + ,**)
2. Locate the **Privacy** section, then select **Manage Website Data**.
3. In the **search box**, type in **'kickly.net'** to find the relevant entry.
4. Click **Remove All** to clear all associated data.
5. Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then [log in](https://app.kickly.net/login/) and continue with your progress.

# Safari - iOS

1. Open **Settings** on your iPhone and tap on **Safari**.
2. Scroll down to locate the **Advanced** option and tap on it.
3. Select the **Website Data** option.
4. In the search box, type in **'kickly.net'** to find the relevant entry.
5. Locate the 'kickly.net' entry and **swipe left** to reveal the **Delete** option. Tap on it to delete all associated data.
6. Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then reopen the Safari browser, [log back in](https://app.kickly.net/login/), and continue with your progress.

# Microsoft Edge

1. **Copy** the following link into the navigation bar: `edge://settings/siteData` then press **Enter**.
2. In the **search box** located at the top of the settings page, type in **'kickly.net'** to locate the relevant entry.
3. Click the **Remove buttons** located on the right side of the entries to clear all associated data.
4. Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then [log in](https://app.kickly.net/login/) and continue with your progress.

1. **Copy** the following link into the navigation bar: `about:preferences#privacy` then press **Enter**.
2. Scroll down to locate the **Cookies and Site Data** option, then select **Manage Data**.
3. In the **search box**, type in **'kickly.net'** to find the relevant entry.
4. Click **Remove All Shown** to clear all associated data.
5. Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then [log in](https://app.kickly.net/login/) and continue with your progress.
