Manage your subscription: cancel, update billing details, view invoices

You can manage your Kickly subscription at any time, including canceling, updating billing details, or viewing invoices. Follow these steps to access your subscription settings:


  1. Go to the Profile section in your Kickly dashboard.
  2. Click on Manage Subscription.
  3. A new page will open—enter the billing email associated with your Kickly account.
  4. Check your email for the **Customer Portal login link **and click to access it.


Subscription Management Options


In the Customer Portal, you can:


  • Check Your Subscription Status – View your current plan and cancel if needed.
  • Update Payment Details – Add, remove, or set a default payment method.
  • Modify Billing Information – Update your company details, billing address, and tax information.
  • Download Invoices – Access and download your past invoices anytime.
