Reset Kickly on your preferred browser

If you encounter any issues with loading, such as a blank screen or if certain features aren't functioning properly, a website reset may be necessary. Please select your browser from the options below, and follow the instructions provided.

Chrome - Desktop
Chrome - Android
Safari - MacOS
Safari - iOS
Microsoft Edge
Firefox

Please note that resetting the app will result in you being logged out of any active Kickly accounts. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that you have your login information on hand to sign back in once the resetting process is complete.



Google Chrome - Desktop



Copy the following link into the navigation bar: chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=kickly.net then press Enter.
Locate the 'kickly.net' entry and click the Remove button on the right to clear all data associated with it.
Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then log in and continue with your progress.




Google Chrome - Android



Open Chrome on your Android device.
Tap the Menu icon (at the upper-right corner of the screen) > then open Settings.
Scroll down to find the Content Settings and then Website Settings. In certain cases, you may directly access the latter.
Tap All sites.
In the search box, type in 'kickly.net' to find the relevant entry.
Open the 'kickly.net' entry > then tap the Clear & reset button located at the bottom.

Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset in your Chrome browser. You can then log in and continue with your progress.


Safari - MacOS



Open the Safari menu in your system menu bar, and select Preferences (Keyboard combination: Cmd + ,)
Locate the Privacy section, then select Manage Website Data.
In the search box, type in 'kickly.net' to find the relevant entry.
Click Remove All to clear all associated data.
Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then log in and continue with your progress.




Safari - iOS



Open Settings on your iPhone and tap on Safari.
Scroll down to locate the Advanced option and tap on it.
Select the Website Data option.
In the search box, type in 'kickly.net' to find the relevant entry.
Locate the 'kickly.net' entry and swipe left to reveal the Delete option. Tap on it to delete all associated data.
Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then reopen the Safari browser, log back in, and continue with your progress.





Microsoft Edge



Copy the following link into the navigation bar: edge://settings/siteData then press Enter.
In the search box located at the top of the settings page, type in 'kickly.net' to locate the relevant entry.
Click the Remove buttons located on the right side of the entries to clear all associated data.
Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then log in and continue with your progress.




Firefox



Copy the following link into the navigation bar: about:preferences#privacy then press Enter.
Scroll down to locate the Cookies and Site Data option, then select Manage Data.
In the search box, type in 'kickly.net' to find the relevant entry.
Click Remove All Shown to clear all associated data.
Once you've completed the above steps, all locally cached data related to Kickly will be reset. You can then log in and continue with your progress.
