Unlock locked layers in a template
Please note that this feature is accessible through the advanced editing features provided in the paid plans only.
In some templates, specific layers such as backgrounds are intentionally locked to prevent unintended changes. These layers will be displayed within the design; however, editing them will only be possible once they are unlocked.
To unlock layers, follow these steps:
Open the template on a desktop.
Access the Layers menu on the right of your design.
Next to each layer, you will find three options. The first one on the left is the locking option.
Deselect the locking option for the layer you wish to edit.
The layer is now unlocked and ready for editing.
