Upgraded and still seeing a watermark? Here's how to fix it
If, despite upgrading to a premium account, you continue to experience the Kickly watermark appearing on your designs, kindly follow these steps to address the issue:
First, verify that your account is active on a paid plan:
Visit the Profile section of your account.
Check if your account is listed under Kickly Essentials or Kickly Pro with an upcoming invoice date.
If your account is still listed as Kickly Free, the upgrade may not have processed successfully. In this case, please try upgrading again.
After a successful upgrade, the templates library is automatically updated with watermark-free templates. To ensure you are working with the latest version:
Simply refresh the Templates library page after confirming your subscription.
The templates should reload without the watermark.
For projects created BEFORE upgrading your subscription, you'll need to manually delete the watermark. Please refer to our video tutorial for step-by-step instructions (available on Desktop only).
